Canada Files Request for Panel Review of US Countervailing Duty on Softwood Lumber

The Government of Canada, along with several Canadian companies, has requested a panel review of a US countervailing duty on softwood lumber, citing unfair trade practices, and filed the request with the USMCA Secretariat on September 8, 2022.
