Dominion Energy Seeks Authorization to Take Marine Mammals Offshore Virginia

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has received a request from Dominion Energy to take small numbers of marine mammals incidental to the development of the CVOW-C wind energy project off the coast of Virginia, with a 5-year timeline starting March 4, 2024.
