EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement Agreement for AB Specialty Silicones Fire Site in Illinois

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement with AB Specialty Silicones, LLC and Wittenshire, LLC to address environmental contamination at the AB Specialty Silicones Fire Site in Waukegan, Illinois, requiring the companies to pay $266,000 in past response costs.
