EPA Exempts Oxirane-Based Pesticide Ingredient from Tolerance Requirement

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a tolerance exemption to Nouryon Chemicals LLC for its use of oxirane, 2-methyl-, polymer with oxirane, mono-C9-11-isoalkyl ethers, C10-rich, phosphates, potassium salts in pesticide formulations, eliminating the need for a tolerance on food or feed commodities or livestock.
