EPA Extends Comment Period for Air Plan Approval in Maryland

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule approving certain elements of Maryland's state implementation plan for reducing sulfur dioxide emissions in the Anne Arundel County and Baltimore County nonattainment area, which was published on August 19, 2022.
