Social Security Commissioner Rescinds Acquiescence Ruling 12-1(8)

The Social Security Commissioner has officially revoked a long-standing ruling, following a review of relevant regulations, and is giving notice of the change in accordance with 20 CFR 402.35(b)(2) and 404.985(e)(1).
