EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for Hydro Carbide Tool Company

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) to establish reasonably available control technology (RACT) for volatile organic compounds (VOC) at Hydro Carbide Tool Company, a major source in Westmoreland County.
