EPA Proposes Revisions to New York State Implementation Plan for Particulate Matter Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the New York State Implementation Plan (SIP) to implement control measures for particulate matter (PM) pollution, in accordance with the Clean Air Act requirements.
