EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for PPG Industries Springdale Plant

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to establish control technology for volatile organic compounds at the PPG Industries Springdale Plant, a major source of air pollution in Allegheny County.
