The Office of Personnel Management is proposing to add Carroll County, IL, to the Davenport-Moline, IA-IL locality pay area and Brooks County, TX, to the Corpus Christi-Kingsville-Alice, TX, locality pay area, with the changes taking effect on or after January 1, 2023.
