EPA Denies Request for Rulemaking on Climate Change Petition

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has denied a petition from a group of climate change advocates, including James Hansen, to phase out greenhouse gas emissions and fossil fuels under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the Clean Air Act (CAA).
