FINRA to Review Proposed Rule Change on BrokerCheck Disclosure

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has initiated proceedings to determine whether to approve or disapprove a proposed rule change that would release information on BrokerCheck related to firm designations as restricted firms.
