Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and EPA Region 1 Sign Memorandum of Agreement Regarding Clean Air Act Requirements

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and EPA Region 1 signed a Memorandum of Agreement on November 9, 2021, to address existing sources subject to Clean Air Act sections 111(d) and/or 129 Federal Plan requirements, following a signature by EPA Region 1 Acting Administrator on October 15, 2021.
