EPA Approves Georgia's Enhanced Inspection and Maintenance Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved changes to the State of Georgia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions, removing obsolete references and clarifying the state's inspection and maintenance requirements, as submitted through the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (GA DNR) and Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD) on April 30, 2021.
