HUD Finalizes HOME Investment Partnerships Program Commitment Requirement Rule

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has finalized a rule that follows its 2016 interim final rule, which changed the method for determining compliance with the 24-month commitment requirements for the HOME Investment Partnerships program, and finalized the December 2, 2016, interim rule without change.
