Children's Bureau Proposes Data Collection for Children Exposed to Prenatal Substance Abuse

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is proposing a data collection activity to evaluate resources supporting the identification and care of children with prenatal substance or alcohol exposure in the child welfare system.
