EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NESHAP for Secondary Aluminum Production for OMB Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for NESHAP for Secondary Aluminum Production to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The EPA is seeking an additional 30-day public comment period for the proposed extension of the ICR, which is currently set to expire on November 30, 2022.
