US Department of Commerce Terminates Review of Russian Urea Ammonium Nitrate Solutions and Announces Investigation into Emulsion Styrene-Butadiene Rubber

The US Department of Commerce has ended its review of Russian urea ammonium nitrate solutions, while continuing to examine whether Russia remains a market economy country for purposes of the antidumping law, as part of its ongoing investigation into Russian emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber.
