Coast Guard Releases Final Record of Decision for Offshore Patrol Cutter Acquisition Program

The US Coast Guard has released a Record of Decision for the Offshore Patrol Cutter Program, which includes the acquisition of up to 21 vessels and operation of up to 25 vessels, following a review of the environmental impact of the program under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
