EPA Proposes Approval of Maine's Clean Air Act State Plans for Municipal Waste Combustors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Maine's revised State Plan for Large Municipal Waste Combustors and a new State Plan for Small Municipal Waste Combustors, in response to updated emission guidelines, to ensure compliance with the Clean Air Act.
