US Department of Transportation Requests Comments on Inland Port Use for Cargo Container Storage and Transfer

The US Department of Transportation is seeking input from supply chain representatives and the public on the feasibility and strategies for identifying inland ports for storing and transferring cargo containers to support the preparation of a report required by the Ocean Shipping Reform Act, signed into law on June 16, 2022.
