Notice of Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Desert Sunlight Solar Farm Project

The Bureau of Land Management is opening a 90-day public comment period for its Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Draft California Desert Conservation Area Plan Amendment for the Desert Sunlight Holdings, LLC Desert Sunlight Solar Farm Project in Riverside County, California, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
