US Department of Homeland Security Extends and Redesignates Burma for Temporary Protected Status

The US Department of Homeland Security has extended the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Burma (Myanmar) for 18 months, from November 26, 2022, to May 25, 2024, and redesignated the country for TPS, allowing additional individuals to apply for the status.
