SEC Disapproves Amendment to Nasdaq Plan for Unlisted Trading Privileges

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has disapproved the 51st amendment to the Joint Self-Regulatory Organization (JSRO) plan governing the collection, consolidation, and dissemination of quotation and transaction information for Nasdaq-listed securities traded on exchanges with unlisted trading privileges.
