SEC Disapproves Nasdaq's Plan to Collect Quotation and Transaction Data

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has rejected a proposed amendment to the Joint Self-Regulatory Organization (JSRO) plan, which aimed to collect and disseminate quotation and transaction data for Nasdaq-listed securities traded on exchanges with unlisted trading privileges.
