Migratory Bird Hunting; Final Frameworks for Early-Season Migratory Bird Hunting Regulations

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has issued final frameworks for early-season migratory bird hunting regulations, allowing states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands to select season dates, limits, and other options for the 2010-11 hunting seasons, which typically begin before October 1.
