Medicaid Program; Temporary Increase in Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) in Response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE); Reopening of Public Comment Period

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is reopening the public comment period for 30 days to gather additional information on potential modifications to the requirements for a temporary increase in Federal matching funds for Medicaid programs under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), following the publication of an interim final rule in November 2020.
