General Technical, Organizational, Conforming, and Correcting Amendments to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has made technical corrections to its Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), including minor changes to correct errors, update references, and improve clarity. The changes align regulatory requirements with the Infrastructure Improvement and Jobs Act (IIJA), also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
