DoD Issues Final Rule on Representation of Former Officials' Compensation

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule clarifying the requirement for contractors to disclose whether former DoD officials working for them are adhering to post-employment restrictions, as mandated by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
