Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, LLC Seeks Authorization to Take Marine Mammals for New Jersey Wind Energy Projects

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public input on a request from Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, LLC to take small numbers of marine mammals incidental to two offshore wind energy projects off the coast of New Jersey, with a proposed start date of January 1, 2025.
