EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NESHAP Regulations to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the review and approval of the NESHAP for Area Sources: Primary Copper Smelting, Secondary Copper Smelting, and Primary Nonferrous Metals-Zinc, Cadmium, and Beryllium regulations, which are currently set to expire on November 30, 2022.
