U.S. Department of Commerce Initiates Reviews of Solar Cell Duties from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce is initiating changed circumstances reviews to consider revoking part of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on solar cells from China, in response to a request from Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy Co., Ltd. regarding off-grid small portable CSPV panels.
