EPA Approves Kentucky State Implementation Plan Revision for Jefferson County

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized the approval of a revision to the Kentucky State Implementation Plan, submitted by the state on behalf of the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, which removes source-specific permits and replaces them with emissions controls.
