Commodity Futures Trading Commission Proposes Rule Changes to Deny Accountants from Appearing Before the Commission

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is proposing to amend its regulations to clarify the standard for denying accountants who have engaged in unethical or improper professional conduct from appearing or practicing before the Commission, in an effort to improve oversight and accountability.
