EPA Approves Kentucky's State Implementation Plan for 2015 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky to address emissions inventory requirements for the 2015 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard in two nonattainment areas: the Cincinnati, Ohio-Kentucky Area and the Louisville, Kentucky-Indiana Area.
