EPA Proposes Approval of Arkansas State Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of Arkansas' plan to control emissions from existing municipal solid waste landfills, in accordance with the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA).
