U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Submit Information Collection Request for Merchandise Importers

The Department of Homeland Security will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of information collection related to importers of merchandise subject to actual use provisions, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
