Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service Requests Public Comment on Revised Arbitration Panel Form

The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is seeking public input on a revised Request for Arbitration Panel, FMCS Form R-43, which will allow the agency to comply with its statutory obligation to provide facilities for voluntary arbitration, as previously approved by the Office of Management Budget (OMB).
