Protected Communications; Prohibition of Retaliatory Personnel Actions

The President signed the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps Amendments Act of 2020 into law on December 23, 2020, extending whistleblower protection to NOAA Corps officers, aligning Department of Commerce policy and procedure with the Military Whistleblower Protection Act.
