Coast Guard Announces Virtual Public Outreach Events for Draft PAC-PARS Study

The US Coast Guard is hosting two virtual public outreach events to discuss the Draft Pacific Coast Port Access Route Study (PAC-PARS) and its proposed voluntary fairways along the Pacific Coast, with both events covering the same material.
