The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is making routine inseason adjustments to commercial fishing regulations in the Pacific Coast groundfish fishery to balance access to abundant stocks with protection of overfished and depleted ones, as mandated by the Magnuson-Stevens Act.
