EPA Approves Delaware State Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions from Solvent Cleaning

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision submitted by the State of Delaware to reduce volatile organic compound emissions from cold solvent cleaning operations, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
