SEC Proposes Extension of Regulation 14C Comment Period

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed extending the comment period for Regulation 14C, which includes Commission Rules 14c-1 through 14c-7 and Schedule 14C, until March 2024, in response to a request from the Investment Company Institute (ICI).
