EPA Approves Louisiana's State Implementation Plan to Address Excess Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Louisiana to correct excess emissions during periods of Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction (SSM), in response to a national SIP call issued by the EPA in 2015.
