EPA Determines St. Bernard Parish Failed to Meet 2010 SO2 Standard
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has found that the St. Bernard Parish sulfur dioxide nonattainment area failed to meet the 2010 one-hour SO2 national ambient air quality standard by the October 4, 2018 deadline, citing emissions and monitoring data from the Rain CII Carbon, LLC facility.
