Bureau of Land Management to Approve Conveyance of Lands to Native Corporations

The Bureau of Land Management will issue an appealable decision approving the conveyance of surface estate for certain lands to Koyuk Native Corporation, as required by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, with the subsurface estate to be conveyed to Bering Straits Native Corporation at a later date.
