National Park Service Adopts Alternative Valuation Formula for Leasehold Surrender Interest in Grand Teton National Park Concession Contract

The National Park Service has finalized a new formula for valuing leasehold surrender interest in its concession contract for the Signal Mountain Lodge and Leeks Marina at Grand Teton National Park, following public comments on the proposal.
