Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for Foreign-Built Vessel SHOOTOKILL II (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, SHOOTOKILL II, to carry passengers for hire in the U.S., with a capacity of 12 or fewer passengers.
