Appraisal Subcommittee Adopts Final Rule on Temporary Waiver Requests

The Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) has adopted a final rule to amend rules of practice and procedure governing temporary waiver requests, which were originally established in 1992 under the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 (Title XI).
