U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Makes Available Permit Application for Spring Mountain Raceway and Motor Resort Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available an application for an incidental take permit and a draft habitat conservation plan for a 56-acre go-kart project at Spring Mountain Raceway and Motor Resort in Nye County, Nevada, and invites public comment on the proposal.
